Doo-doo

What does Doo-doo mean?

‘Doo-doo’ is another word for ‘Poop’

Doo-doo is a playful term often used by kids and adults who prefer not to use the crude language to refer to the bowel movements. It could mean one’s own poop or someone else’s. For instance, “Mommy, Bella left a doo-doo in the living room.”

Interestingly, doo-doo is also used metaphorically to talk about difficult or annoying situations. These situations are as unpleasant as unexpectedly stepping on a pile of poop. Suppose you and your buddy Mike get busted for copying in the exam, Mike might say, “Man, we’re in some serious doo-doo.”

Example for using ‘Doo-doo’ in a conversation

Hey, did you hear about Sarah’s dog?

No, what happened?

Well, apparently Rex made a doo-doo in the front yard!
