Pregret

What does Pregret mean?

Understanding you’ll feel sorry for doing something, but deciding to do it anyways

Pregret is what you feel when you’re about to make a decision that you know you’ll regret later, but you want to do it anyway. It’s a mix of the words “pre” and “regret.”

Most of the time, this feeling shows up after a few too many drinks, when your good judgment is a little fuzzy. But it doesn’t just happen when you’ve been drinking. Pregret can happen anytime you’re about to do something you know isn’t the best idea.

There are lots of reasons why someone might feel pregret. Maybe you’re trying too hard to make everyone happy, or you’re too focused on looking good. Whatever the reason, it’s a sign that you’re about to make a decision you might wish you could take back.
