In the world of baseball, there’s a remarkable achievement known as a ‘Cycle‘. This is when a player successfully hits a single, double, triple, and home run all in one game. It’s a major accomplishment that stands out in a player’s career.

When someone manages to do this, we say they’ve “hit for the cycle“. It’s a rare feat to witness on the field and is celebrated with excitement by both players and fans. The term ‘Cycle’ encapsulates all these four different types of hits in a single match.
